Our Cacao Paste (Liquor) is 100% Raw and un-roasted.
We quickly toast the fermented and dried beans in clay pans under 118º F
until the hulls pop. Then we mill them and form them into wheels with all naturally occurring Cocoa Butter and Cacao Solids.
